bluetooth not pairing to vci

Maxisys pro, sometimes it will pair bluetooth but will loose connection shortly i have to use the scanner via usb after updated both tablet and vci I have a warranty utill 7-15 autel will not reply to my complaint. ..... has anyone else had any problems thanks -

I had this problem once. I called the tech support phone number spent about 10 minutes on hold and then support logged into my unit remotely and with a couple of minutes had the problem solved. it was very quick and painless. have not had any issues since. this was about 2 months ago. -

had the same problem about 3 months ago. No comm with vci. Tried another car no comm. unpaired vci then repaired vci have not had a problem since. Check for vci updates. Plug vci to usb cable into scan tool. go to vci app and hit update. It will let you know if it is current.
